About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our GTM Enablement and Operations team. As Head of GTM Enablement and Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy that drives sales and customer success performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Enablement Strategy: Create a strategic plan to educate the business on the role of enablement and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Build Partnerships: Foster relationships with Product Marketing, Pricing, and BizOps teams to drive cross-functional alignment and change.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Move the role of enablement from reactive to proactive and data-driven, providing regular reports on impact to the business.
  • Lead High-Performing Team: Manage a team of go-to-market enablement professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to drive individual and team success.
  • Develop Enablement Tech Stack: Partner with GTM Operations to improve the systems that help our teams learn and grow.
  • Plan and Execute Key Events: Organize Sales and CS Kickoffs, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM (Sales, CS) enablement
  • Demonstrated success in building partnerships with key partners
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop structured plans, actions, and metrics to execute those plans
  • Experience with Sandler or other sales methodologies and how to implement and leverage them
  • Deep experience and passion for understanding the products your team enables
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience building relationships in complex SaaS organizations
