About the Role

This is a 100% remote role with 10% travel requirements. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and improving the sales process, scaling the business in the US, and introducing and building relationships with E&P companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within current accounts.
  • Work closely with the Sales team and Operations to ensure client satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Sales leadership.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of technical sales experience in fracing and completions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and strong network in the Midland/Denver/Pittsburgh areas.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in presenting demos to customers.
  • Ability to navigate company software and processes.
  • Knowledge of sensors and software, and the benefits of automated operating systems.
  • Understanding of the value of consolidated normalized databases on a frac location.
  • Proficiency with MS applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach to sales.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for work as required.
