Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Private Label team at NYC Alliance Company LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing assigned key Private Label accounts, collaborating with buyers/accounts to define and execute creative strategies, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of Private Label accounts, including Walmart, JCPenney, and Target, to drive sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with buyers/accounts to develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
- Collect, analyze, and report on weekly and monthly sales data to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with the Sales and Design teams to evaluate merchandise assortments, positioning, and visual standards.
- Conduct store visits and product knowledge seminars to maintain awareness of the marketplace and influence strategy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Private Label Sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Competitive compensation packages, including a base salary of $120,000-145,000.
