We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill a Vehicle Project Administrator I position at our customer site in Portland, OR.

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work with minimal supervision, requiring excellent customer interface skills.

As a Vehicle Project Administrator I, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with customer product and quality teams to resolve issues, communicate effectively, and document vehicle validation
  • Participating in and leading issue resolution meetings with the engineering team and upper management
  • Documenting, validating, tracking, and resolving test issues for vehicles
  • Managing a specialized vehicle testing program that focuses on new vehicle quality, following a comprehensive testing process for a select number of vehicles
  • Working closely with engineers, technicians, and evaluators to execute an efficient test plan
  • Ensuring vehicles meet customer program requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive project management
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of MS Office products
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • The ability to focus on details and work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work overtime, including weekends
  • Self-motivation, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to work independently
