CBM Systems L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily maintenance of our facilities, supervising and coordinating activities of workers, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers at multiple work sites engaged in janitorial services.
  • Assign janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements.
  • Inspect work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.
  • Confers with and coaches' staff to resolve production and personnel problems.
  • Train workers in janitorial methods and procedures and proper operation of equipment.
  • Issues janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Ensures clients are satisfied with the current performance of the team.
  • Completes regular quality inspections of assigned accounts and acts appropriately based on results of the quality inspections.
  • Holds regular feedback conversations with staff to discuss performance and development goals.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees by enforcing the company's safety, recognition, and training programs.
  • Handles administrative duties of assigned accounts to include, but not limited to: timekeeping, documentation of employee performance and safety, and maintaining inventory of necessary supplies.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience in a mobile management role
  • Prefer experience working with a diverse population
  • Bilingual in two or more languages, with English being one of those languages
  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning or similar environment
