Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Imaging Supervisor to join our team at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. This is a full-time, 1.00 FTE, day position with a salary range of $53.54 – $80.30.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and develop quality and performance indicators to optimize services and stewardship of resources.
  • Staffing and scheduling, ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Link mission into day-to-day work, focusing on meeting organization/departmental targets and monitoring budget variances.
  • Recommends selection of staff, monitors and evaluates performance, and provides meaningful and constructive feedback.
  • Works with leadership to develop policies, procedures, and enhancements to the delivery of services and operations of the department.
Requirements
  • Associate of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience in the area of licensure required.
  • Previous leadership training and experience preferred.
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) certification required.
