Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Boise Cascade is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our warehouse team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This is a swing shift supervisory position, requiring a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team of 15-20 employees.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
* Manage the receipt and storage of products, including inventory management and tracking.
* Oversee the loading and shipping of products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Train and develop warehouse staff, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
Requirements:
* 2-year technical education or college degree, or high school diploma with 3+ years of operations experience.
* Prior supervisory experience, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
