Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Heathman Lodge in Vancouver, WA. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and leading a team of front desk agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee guest registration and check-out processes, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and implementing front desk operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to front desk agents.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hotel front desk experience, with a focus on customer service and leadership.
  • Previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively interact with guests and employees.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
