Job Summary

The Wealth Solutions Consultant plays a critical role in converting prospects to platform users in assigned regions, activating and growing advisors. This position requires providing high-touch sales support to drive assets and adoption of Financial Wellness Solutions. Key responsibilities include lead qualification and follow-up, identifying and engaging advisors to open their first PMC, FSP, SMA, UMA, or Exchange account, and delivering large group and one-on-one virtual training and education presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive assets and adoption of Financial Wellness Solutions
  • Provide exceptional sales support to advisors, including lead qualification and follow-up
  • Identify and engage advisors to open their first PMC, FSP, SMA, UMA, or Exchange account
  • Deliver high-quality training and education presentations to advisors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and adoption of Financial Wellness Solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in wholesaling, fee-based consulting, financial advisory, or brokerage
  • Understanding of Insurance, Lending/Credit, and Retirement Products
  • Proven ability to present financial wellness solutions through live phone and WebEx engagements
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and telephone service skills
  • Proficient in financial services technology and ability to adapt to frequent technology enhancements
