Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. This role will support a team of Financial Advisors in providing exceptional client service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client and advisor requests, including new accounts, transfers, and meeting scheduling
  • Proactively support advisors by anticipating client needs and maximizing their time
  • Provide excellent client service through timely, accurate, and clear communication
  • Demonstrate professional communication skills with clients, advisors, and team members
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to create solutions for clients and advisors
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal team members to execute operational items
  • Monitor and resolve daily time-sensitive activities
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client service role in the financial services industry
  • Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in a process-driven fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication with a professional demeanor
  • Robust PC knowledge, typing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working daily with a workflow technology system
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Prior experience with financial industry CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Tamarac, eMoney)
  • Prior experience with Schwab and Fidelity
  • Prior experience with DocuSign
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
