About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Specialist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. In this role, you will provide individualized behavioral therapy to clients in need of support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one treatment sessions to clients in a home or community setting
  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Track client progress and program data
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect patient-related information

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus six months of prior work or volunteer experience providing individual instructions
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide health insurance benefits to part-time employees who qualify.
