The ideal candidate will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills in children and adolescents.

- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA to address specific client goals, including reducing problematic behaviors and teaching new skills.">
- Accurately record data on client behaviors and progress, ensuring that the BCBA can effectively monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed.">
- Through structured and naturalistic teaching methods, assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills.">
- Provide compassionate and consistent support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.">
- Collaborate with families to teach strategies and interventions that can be used outside of therapy sessions to support client progress.">
- Communicate openly and regularly with the BCBA, other team members, and families regarding client progress, challenges, and any changes in behavior.">
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA) and ensure that all practices are conducted with integrity and professionalism.">

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as a part of a team, and a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents.">
- Reliable transportation is required, as the position involves traveling to clients' homes.">
