Promote resource recovery at the BASF Freeport site - Continuous training efforts for plant personnel entering the IR yard to make them aware of the recycling efforts offered by IR. Redeployment Issues - Track all item sent back into plant for reuse (chairs, wood, pipe valves, etc.) Vendor Sales - Inventory equipment, create spreadsheet, mark lot onto equipment, and submit spreadsheet to IR Cord. Assisting vendors when viewing load trucks for shipment. Employee Sales - Load material for employee sell and provide info to Mike Caskey to create the paperwork for employee to sign and give copy to gate. Inventory - Go through inventory brought to investment recover, scrap if needed, put all other items in proper locations.  Disposition Requisition (F-) are for scrap metal (non-equipment) motors hp or under, pallets, office supplies, pipe, I – beams etc. F- form are for process equipment (exchangers, valves, drums, large motors) Commercial Metals Issues - Setting roll offs in plant, maintain roll offs in the blk, shipping roll offs when needed- Schedule request for deliveries or pickups Valve Program - Tracking & Shipping - Currently not participating in program at Freeport Hoppers - Service, Track & Maintain hoppers in units, if you don’t here for a unit for sometimes go check on hoppers Drums - Schedule in Teams/RCRA Channel, get number, test oil, pump and dispose. Pallets – Organize good pallets for shipment, Scrap old pallets Environmental Recovery - Aerosol Cans, Propane Bottles, Batteries, Oil recovery  Fluorescent Light Bulbs - Inventory, Package & Ship KPI Reporting - Hoppers, Oil, Redeployment, Spectrum,  Coordinate pickup and deliveries of scrap metal roll-offs w/scrap metal dealer - Contact scrap metal suppliers to schedule pick up, deliveries and set up of new roll-offs for shutdowns Investment Recovery Inspections Daily- Forklift, Truck, Universal Waste & Satellite Areas (Visual Inspection) Investment Recovery Weekly Inspections - D- and D-b Oil storage area, Safety shower/eyewash Investment Recovery Inspections Monthly - Fire Extinguisher, Emergency exit signs End Of Week Jobs - Clean truck & Forklift, clean office, clean yard (pick up trash, wood etc.)

Skills Needed:

Must be able to operate a forklift Must perform basic computer skills

Training Required:

Read and understand IR Standards Read and understand Mundy IR TJA's Universal Waste RCRA  SPCC Handling/Processing Lights Handling/Operating Used Oil Recovery Equipment Servicing and Tracking IR Metal Hoppers Handling Pallets GSI System KPI Process IR Recordkeeping Metal Recovery Process (Maintaining roll offs, calling for service and processing paperwork) Performing daily, weekly and monthly inspections Evaluating Equipment for Third-party and Equipment Sales Valve Reconditioning Program Success Factors
