We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to support our critical mission. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Release Trains, Agile Teams, Security, and the Systems Team to provide and maintain the environments needed to develop and field advanced intelligence capabilities.

This includes configuration management of hardware and software environments, supporting the Desktop development environment, providing cloud solutions, implementing infrastructure as code, and asset management and procurement.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure as code for cloud-based services, providing cloud-based architectural guidance, and implementing disaster recovery designs. Additionally, you will procure, build, and maintain configuration management for on-prem hardware, procure, install, and manage software licenses, and assist in establishing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cloud-based and on-prem networking.

Key responsibilities include automating development and operations processes to ensure reliability and repeatability, as well as experience managing unclassified and classified development environments, including workstations, servers, and GPU assets.

Required skills include a strong grasp of Linux, experience managing hybrid on-prem/cloud operating environments, and demonstrated experience in Kubernetes-based application hardening or cybersecurity best practices. AWS Certification in SysOps, DevOps, or Solutions Architect is also required.
