Job Overview

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the sheet metal fabrication industry, is seeking a skilled Regional Account Executive to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Territory Management: Strategically plan and manage your sales territory to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits, build lasting relationships, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Quotation Management: Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotations in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system to ensure seamless tracking and communication.
  • Market Feedback: Provide regular market trend and competitor activity reports to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with non-company sales agents in your region to ensure aligned sales efforts.
  • Product Demonstrations: Organize and conduct product demonstrations at the Novi location to showcase product capabilities.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation for new orders and customer requests.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Technical field or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales with technical product lines.
  • Certifications: Valid Passport and Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and business practices related to product sales.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including international travel.
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian is an advantage, but not mandatory.
