**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team at The Colwell Law Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects

**Requirements:**

  • Strong background in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer:**

*Estimated Salary:* $70,000 - $90,000 per year
