Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Albany, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with clients and field employees, and driving sales growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and maintain existing client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Field Employee Management: Collaborate with field employees to ensure they have the resources and support needed to succeed, and build strong relationships to drive sales growth.
- Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate with clients, field employees, and internal stakeholders, and provide regular reports on sales performance and progress.
- Market Knowledge and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships, self-motivated and goal-oriented, familiarity with CRM systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
