Job Summary

US Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis.
  • Fluency in a second language.
