Position Summary:
RSM Atlanta LLC is looking for a skilled Onsite Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our enthusiastic team. This role is focused on delivering first-rate customer assistance for inquiries and challenges related to restaurant facilities and equipment within the assigned territory. The representative will interact with clients in person, via phone, or through electronic means, addressing email inquiries and service requests from customers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders seeking support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in resolving issues and addressing concerns regarding the company's services and products within the designated area in a prompt and professional manner.
- Conduct regular site visits to current and prospective clients within the assigned region to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement strategies to fulfill customer expectations.
- Perform customer and market analysis to generate sales leads and uncover new business opportunities to meet organizational targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide professional support consistently.
- Communicate with clients through various channels including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communication platforms.
- Handle service requests, quotations, and invoicing processes efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers, vendors, and colleagues at all times.
- Keep thorough and accurate records of all issues related to facilities or equipment by documenting them in the designated system.
- Perform self-identified repairs as necessary.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in onsite customer service or sales roles within a restaurant or maintenance services environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with the company's products and services is essential.
- Knowledge of billing and estimates preparation using relevant software is advantageous, but training is available for the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
- Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation are required.
- Must pass background checks.
