Role Summary:

Tek Ninjas is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Product Manager specializing in Generative Artificial Intelligence. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development and implementation of innovative AI solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of product roadmaps for generative AI initiatives.
  • Manage technical projects from initial concept to successful launch, coordinating efforts across various teams.
  • Assess risks, dependencies, and resource allocations for AI projects.
  • Track progress and deliverables across multiple workflows in generative model development.
  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to ensure a balance between innovation and product reliability.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to senior management.
  • Oversee the evaluation, testing, and monitoring processes for AI models, ensuring adherence to responsible AI practices.
  • Act as a liaison among technology, product, and operations teams.
  • Guide the development and deployment of generative AI models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay informed about advancements in Generative AI and its applications.
  • Engage with non-technical stakeholders to clarify problems and present solutions.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions of developed AI solutions into operational phases.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical product management or AI/ML engineering, particularly with AI and machine learning products.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the IT/Tech sector.
  • Strong technical foundation in AI/ML with a solid grasp of generative models.
  • Proven ability to break down complex projects and drive execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Genuine passion for generative AI and its transformative potential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with researchers to explore new directions in generative AI.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and convey information to business stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting AI projects to both technical and non-technical audiences.
