Role Overview:

As the Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategic direction of our product offerings. Your expertise in market dynamics and customer needs will guide product innovation and ensure alignment with our overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Product Management liaison to key clients, providing insights and strategic guidance on product offerings.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to translate strategic initiatives into actionable product objectives and roadmaps.
  • Articulate a clear vision and provide leadership to stakeholders regarding product strategies and solutions.
  • Drive product strategy to enhance revenue growth, competitive positioning, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead a team of product managers, ensuring timely and high-quality product deliverables.

  • Establish go-to-market strategies and pricing models to maximize market penetration and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, particularly within video technology.
  • Strong understanding of video processing and computer vision principles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in agile development methodologies.
