Overview:

Acro Service Corp is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Generative AI Product Management Specialist. This role is pivotal in steering the development and implementation of generative AI technologies within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning, goal establishment, and launch schedules for generative AI model initiatives.
  • Manage technical projects from inception to launch, coordinating efforts across various teams.
  • Assess risks, dependencies, and resource requirements for generative AI projects.
  • Track progress, milestones, and deliverables across diverse generative model workflows.
  • Work closely with researchers and engineers to ensure a balance between innovation speed and product reliability.
  • Effectively communicate technical details and trade-offs to senior management.
  • Oversee processes related to model evaluation, testing, monitoring, and ethical AI practices.
  • Act as a liaison among technology, product, and operations teams.
  • Supervise the development and deployment of generative AI models.
  • Contribute insights into new methodologies for training generative AI models on extensive datasets.
  • Stay informed about advancements in the field of Generative AI.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business unit where generative AI solutions are being implemented.
  • Collaborate with non-technical groups to clarify and define problems.
  • Articulate proposed solutions to partners and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with collaborating teams to facilitate prompt decision-making.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of developed generative AI solutions for implementation and scaling.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in technical product management or AI/ML engineering, particularly with AI and machine learning products.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in the IT/Tech sector.
  • Technical expertise in AI/ML with a solid understanding of generative models.
  • Ability to break down complex projects and drive execution.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Data-driven approach with a comfort level in ambiguity and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • A genuine passion for generative AI and its potential to create value.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with researchers to explore and develop new avenues in generative AI.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and convey it to business stakeholders.
  • Skill in presenting generative AI initiatives to both technical and non-technical audiences.
