ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

  • In the initial stages of planning to transition into a publicly-traded entity.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • The Accounts Receivable Clerk will accurately and efficiently apply cash payments to customer accounts.
  • Responsible for managing collections activities and addressing customer inquiries related to overdue accounts.
  • The Clerk will leverage ERP systems and Excel for financial data management and analysis.
  • Will handle customer communications and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Prepare and dispatch statements to customers promptly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in cash application and/or collections is advantageous.
  • Proficient in utilizing ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, including skills in V-lookup, Pivot Tables, and Sum-if formulas.

Salary range is $40,000 - $55,000 based on experience.
This position requires full onsite presence.
