Barton Associates Careers is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Sales Account Executive to join our fast-paced team in Windsor, CT. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare companies to provide staffing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop a portfolio of key hiring managers and cultivate strong relationships through consultation and service.
- Provide high-quality customer consultation and service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with Barton's sales and support teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and effectively manage time.
- Motivated by commission and career growth.
This is an in-office position.
