Job Title: Associate Director, Communications Design Initiative

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Communications Design Initiative to join our team at IPG Mediabrands. As a key member of our media and marketing solutions division, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communications plans that drive business results for our clients.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute communications plans that align with client objectives and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communications strategies with media and marketing initiatives
  • Manage and train design teams in communications planning fundamentals
  • Present client education programs on communications design trends and best practices
  • Contribute to client key performance indicator (KPI) delivery and specialty business unit growth and client profitability
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in integrated planning roles in media, publisher/vendor, or communications disciplines
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Required PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
