About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Security Ambassador to join our team at Leap Inc. in Georgetown, DC. As a Brand Security Ambassador, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage customers while exhibiting the Leap values and Grown Brilliance ethos.
  • Partner and support all team members in managing customer flow to maintain excellent customer experience.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while servicing customers.
  • Participate in general store maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the store.
  • Support the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business.
  • Embraces learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc.
  • Capable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • One or more years of experience in retail/security/loss prevention.
  • Background in luxury or jewelry is preferred.
  • Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs.
  • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.
