About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading brand building initiatives across North America and developing 3–5-year strategy & innovation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch major innovation programs.
  • Develop and execute launch plans that build the brand through a holistic system centered on consumer needs.
  • Manage dashboards for frontline teams, tracking progress and mitigating risks.
  • Prepare materials for workshops, customer meetings, and steering committees.
  • Leverage P&L knowledge to collaborate with finance and other partners.
  • Serve as a liaison with channel and sales strategy, representing the voice of the consumer and brand subject matter expert.
  • Drive development of channel-specific go-to-market strategies and plans.
  • Leverage consumer, customer, and category insights to drive 3-to-5-year strategy and innovation.
  • Identify and lead process improvements at the project or brand level.
  • Champion Design Thinking and agile methodologies across Kimberly-Clark NA.

About You

We are looking for a talented professional with a strong background in marketing and brand management. You should have a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, with a Master's or MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, is required.

You should have a solid understanding of P&L management, annual business planning, budget setting, and execution. Strong knowledge of brand foundational tools, consumer insight identification, segmentation, and target development is also required.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing launch plans, and managing dashboards. You should have a proven track record of success in brand management, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
