Youth Programming Sales Associate

Are you ready to take on a challenging role that will help you grow professionally and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people? As an Expansion Sales Associate at the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center, Inc., you will have the opportunity to cultivate partnerships and create new opportunities with key stakeholders in the Washington D.C. region.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary contact for partnerships and branding initiatives in Washington D.C. for the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center expansion team. This will involve securing meetings with new and existing partners to advocate for the organization's offerings and opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about fostering relationships and driving sales specifically in the Washington D.C. area. You will also need to be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
As a key member of the expansion team, you will work closely with the Expansion Coordinator to apply your knowledge and make a difference in the lives of countless children and communities through the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center.
Responsibilities:- Secure meetings with new and existing partners to advocate for the organization's offerings and opportunities.
- Stay updated on available programs and partnership prospects within the organization to effectively represent them to potential partners.
- Actively pursue and manage new leads to broaden the organization's outreach and impact.
- Innovate strategies to introduce programs to new partners and identify emerging markets for partnership growth.
- Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction and serving as their main liaison within the organization.
- Develop strategies to maintain the relevance of the organization's offerings for current partners and attract new collaborators.
- Possess an outgoing and confident demeanor to effectively engage with colleagues and potential clients.
- Proficient in written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate with clarity and impact.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively to meet set deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments to reach out to potential partners.
- Demonstrates resilience and positivity in handling rejection positively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective time management abilities.
- Able to make informed decisions within established guidelines and protocols.
- Displays a positive attitude towards collaborating with adults and excels in a team-oriented environment.
- Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Possesses 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
