Job Summary

As a Masonry Sales Representative at CRH, you will be the primary point of contact for masonry contractors seeking special order products. This role involves effective communication with sales representatives, production teams, and sister companies to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create quotes, new job orders, submittals, and new item codes while maintaining Salesforce opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with masonry contractor leadership and estimators
  • Assist customers with lead times, general questions, and production updates
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or comparable experience in a related field
  • Attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive motions using a computer and keyboard
  • Extensive phone use and ability to multitask
