Flexographic Press Technician

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Printing Press Operator (2pm - 10:30pm).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper setup of printing jobs.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance to enhance machine reliability and performance.
  • Oversee the printing process to uphold quality standards.
  • Assist in training new hires and team members as needed.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments and maintenance teams on various projects and validations.
  • Commit to Continuous Improvement, Quality, Efficiency, Safety, Cost Reduction, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and core processes diligently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Flexo Printing experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the printing industry is essential.
  • At least 3 years of machinery repair or manufacturing experience is required.
  • Strong computer skills are necessary.
  • Experience in troubleshooting printing-related issues is required.
  • Knowledge of plates, stocks, cold foils, hot stamps, screens, inks, and varnishes is essential.
  • Ability to lift continuously and up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift.
  • Ability to distinguish and manage color variance.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach frequently.
  • Ability to perform well under tight deadlines while meeting quality standards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality-driven work habits.
  • Willingness to work overtime, rotating shifts, and if necessary, holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.


Salary Description: $22.00-$34.00 Hourly Wage
