Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Print Technician, your primary duties will include:
1. Supporting the Operations team in ensuring quality standards are met.
2. Conducting quality assurance checks at the start of each job, including press checks and flexible packaging checks.
3. Performing random quality checks throughout production to verify compliance with established standards.
4. Understanding and managing all production materials and documentation.
5. Operating quality testing equipment effectively.
6. Creating and maintaining standards for folding, flat samples, and customer labels.
7. Collaborating with the Quality Manager and Operations team to address any issues that may arise.
8. Reporting hazards and concerns to management promptly.
9. Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in flexible packaging and press operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in technology.
- Industry certifications such as SQF are preferred.
- Proficiency in using both metric and standard measuring devices.
- Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Understanding of confidentiality and the importance of quality assurance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.
