Compensation and Benefits

A rewarding compensation package awaits you, tied to your performance and revenue growth. With a base salary range of $80,000 to $200,000+, your earnings potential is vast and lucrative. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive suite of employee benefits, including a 401(k) match that is immediately fully vested.

Qualifications and Requirements
Must have proven experience in delivering value to clients through a range of insurance solutions.
