Job Description:

This position is responsible for helping to oversee and optimize the revenue strategies of Lennar. As a Pricing Strategy Lead, you will work closely with the Division Sales Management teams to provide strategic support and guidance on revenue tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operating divisions to execute revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analyze revenue performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and share revenue management strategies and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in homebuilding sales management or revenue management.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Compensation: $130,000 - $190,000 per year, based on experience
