Position Overview

This role is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering competitive remuneration and benefits, including health and dental coverage.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate pricing and place orders with external suppliers.
  • Communicate with clients and relevant personnel regarding modifications to delivery timelines.
  • Assist walk-in customers and fulfill small order requests.
  • Process payment transactions as necessary.
  • Prepare and provide pricing quotations to clients.
  • Keep the showroom and personal workspace organized and tidy.
  • Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Support the external sales team.
  • Engage with suppliers and participate in product training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement: High School Diploma.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Experience in the construction and building supply sector or relevant sales experience.
