We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Specialist to play a vital role in our admissions and documentation processes. This full-time position is essential for ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and maintaining the integrity of our paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support nursing staff with Medicare and managed care admissions.
  • Manage discharges, room assignments, and ensure readiness of accommodations.
  • Contribute to infection control measures within the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with policies related to Medicare and quarantine protocols.
  • Assist in conducting COVID-19 testing for residents and staff.
  • Perform various unit management tasks as needed.
