Job Summary

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Technician to join its Office of Admissions and Recruitment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of data in the customer relationship management (CRM) and student information system (SIS). The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, facilitating warm transfers, and responding to voicemails. Additionally, they will scrub CRM data to resolve duplicates, update undelivered emails, and perform lead address cleanup. The ideal candidate will have experience with spreadsheets in a Windows environment and be able to work independently as part of a larger team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, facilitate warm transfers, and respond to voicemails
  • Scrub CRM data to resolve duplicates, update undelivered emails, and perform lead address cleanup
  • Load standardized test data for ACT and SAT into SIS
  • Prepare data for variable print publication production
  • Format data appropriately for bulk imports into CRM
  • Generate printed letters from SIS for admission application communication
  • Prepare lists for bulk mail fulfillment
  • Support office processes as needed
