Admissions and Marketing Coordinator

At The Blossoms at Cumberland, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Admissions and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new referrals and grow our business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other referral sources
  • Recruit and credential new physicians to our facility
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of admission paperwork
  • Verify payer sources and ensure referrals are clinically approved prior to admission
  • Investigate and follow through on concerns and complaints received
  • Communicate effectively with the Administrator and other team members
  • Meet with community organizations to promote good public relations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Long Term Care, preferably in admissions and/or marketing
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
