The starting compensation is $30 per hour. Upon completion of training, if a route is not available, you will transition into a Route Specialist position with a salary range of $58,000 to $70,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. Once a route becomes available, your earnings are expected to range from $60,000 to $75,000, inclusive of commissions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possession of a CDL Class B license.
  • Ability to comply with Deep Rock Water's Motor Vehicle Policy.
  • Must meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry and mathematics.
  • Customer service and sales experience is preferred.
  • Capability to safely lift equipment and bottles weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to navigate stairs.
  • Some travel may be required based on company needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle while performing all duties with diligence, including vehicle inspections.
  • Effectively manage a customer base along an established route with an average of over 50 stops daily.
  • Utilize a handheld application to record transactions and manage customer information.
  • Oversee inventory and balance daily route activities.
  • Address service calls and resolve customer issues to foster strong relationships.
  • Safeguard company assets, including the collection of equipment and customer payments.
  • Identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers to support route growth and upsell existing products.
