Luxury Jewelry Sales Professional

Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in bespoke bridal rings and luxury jewelry. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Associate to join our Century City team, opening in September 2024.
Sales Position Details
**Estimated Salary:** $36,000 - $40,000 per annum (based on 20 hours/week)
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$20 per hour, with opportunities for commission-based earnings.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional shopping experience for clients, ensuring they feel valued, respected, and delighted at every touchpoint.
- Drive sales through proactive client outreach, follow-up, and after-sales service, aiming to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to understand their preferences, tastes, and purchasing history, utilizing this knowledge for effective clienteling.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our Fine Jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and design aesthetics, to confidently advise and assist clients in their purchasing decisions.
- Actively engage with clients to showcase the uniqueness and beauty of our products, utilizing storytelling and product knowledge to create an emotional connection.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming store environment, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and products are presented with care and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of previous experience in luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of success in selling fine jewelry.
- Genuine passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design, with the ability to articulate the value and beauty of our products to clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clientele.
- Strong clienteling skills, including the ability to maintain and leverage client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expectations.
