Job Overview

JBCPlatform is seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers to expand our customer base.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within the designated timeframe.
  • Customer Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow-up Appointments: Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about product updates and promotions.
  • Sales Materials: Develop and present sales materials to showcase our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets.
  • Time Management: Deadline-oriented and detail-focused to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
