About the Company: ACCUR Recruiting Services is a recruitment agency specializing in luxury retail placements. We have partnered with a renowned high-end foreign jewelry company to find an exceptional sales professional.

Job Overview: As a Luxury Retail Sales Specialist, you will be representing our client's brand as an ambassador, delivering personalized and exceptional customer service in line with the company's values and luxury standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored customer experiences, exceeding client expectations through deep product knowledge and a sophisticated sales approach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, offering post-sale support that aligns with the brand's philosophy and values.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service and product presentation.
  • Act as a brand advocate, conveying the client's history, craftsmanship, and design innovations with passion and expertise.
  • Support daily store operations, from managing inventory and handling transactions to assisting in maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the company's luxury brand image.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry sector or related industries such as high-end hospitality or fashion.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general computer literacy.
  • Behavioral Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team and autonomously, following corporate guidelines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with a diverse, luxury clientele, with a passion for fashion, art, and design trends.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred, with additional languages highly desirable.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $140,000, based on location and experience.
