About the Role

PepsiCo is a leading global food and beverage company that is committed to delivering high-quality products to consumers around the world. As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing day-to-day sales administrative tasks and dedicated areas of expertise.
  • Monitor and respond to sales-related emails and phone calls, and coordinate issues as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the driver and coin room processor to ensure accurate review and reconciliation of daily driver end-of-day paperwork.
  • Listen to customer needs and provide basic troubleshooting assistance related to reconciliation issues.
  • Perform comprehensive audits of pre-register reports for accuracy.
  • Execute end-of-night settlement in the appropriate software solution.
  • Update the daily control sheet, research out-of-balance issues, and communicate settlement issues to accounting/sales managers in a timely manner.
  • Daily interaction with all functional teams.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis.
  • Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations.
  • Capable of creating customized actionable reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas, or macros.
  • Work on special projects as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $46,053 - $54,685 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience in Admin Support in a Consumer Goods company.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications.
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills - Discretion with sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice.
