Sales Director

This is a senior leadership role that requires a seasoned sales professional to lead a sales team in achieving projected sales quotas and revenue growth for the year. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and counsel staff, foster a collaborative environment, and provide feedback on market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize sales automation tools to define market penetration and identify competitive prospects.
Plan and execute sales strategies to systematically engage in sales processes and bring sales processes to successful closure.
Minimally achieve annual assigned sales plans and utilize all resources at your disposal, with particular emphasis on the inclusion of all channel partners.
Utilize salesforce.com and sales automation tools to effectively manage a robust pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasting to senior leadership.
Requirements
Minimum 6-8 years of related experience in leading a quota-exceeding team.
Demonstrated track record of success in a solutions selling environment, with a strong ability to make meaningful recommendations to senior management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology applications, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to travel approximately 75% and quota at 100% or more every year.
