The Welcome Desk Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our community. This position requires a commitment to providing prompt and courteous assistance, embodying the spirit of Christian hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Conduct point of sale (POS) transactions and manage CCMS functions at the Welcome Desk.
  • Execute all tasks associated with the Welcome Desk efficiently.
  • Assist customers, clients, and members with their inquiries and needs.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to emails with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate programs or staff members in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Physical ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist intermittently or continuously.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Capability to grasp, push, pull objects, and reach overhead.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record.
