About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audit and Compliance Support Officer to join our Engineering Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will assist with audit and compliance tasks in the global Alpha Platform Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and conduct tasks such as collecting evidence and crafting responses for both internal and external audit inquiries
  • Create essential reports to ensure compliance and continuously review them to identify and correct potential issues proactively
  • Work alongside Business Risk Management, SaaS Ops, the corporate SDLC Office, and other relevant departments as needed
What We Value
  • Become proficient in SDLC policies, procedures, standards, and controls. Make sure all relevant documents and artifacts are continuously reviewed and updated
  • Gain a deep knowledge of CRD SDLC processes and help enforce the required controls to uphold policies and procedures
  • Conduct random audits to verify the team's adherence to the SDLC processes, offering feedback to address any failures or gaps
Requirements
  • B.S. or B.A degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated industry preferably Finance
  • Strong organizational abilities, dedicated to meeting deadlines and expectations, while maintaining high standards of delivery
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with the confidence to interact effectively across all tiers of the organization
  • Innovative problem-solver, tenacious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Strong grasp of project management methods, tools, and practices
  • Effective collaborator - cultivate robust working relationships with all levels of the engineering team
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, DevOps, and basic SQL query development is advantageous
