Position Overview

The Senior IT Support Analyst is tasked with delivering both on-site and remote technical assistance to end users. This role involves engaging in infrastructure projects, providing hands-on support for servers and network devices, and overseeing corporate IT assets across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve end-user PC issues promptly, documenting solutions and tracking them in Service Now.
  • Offer mid-level support and diagnostics for LAN/WAN, server, printer, and telephony challenges.
  • Deliver enhanced support, including tailored training for end users.
  • Execute system administration tasks as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for the local IT environment, ensuring runbooks are up-to-date for servers, networks, and vendors.
  • Act as the IT liaison for various business units, conducting monthly IT reviews.
  • Contribute to the preparation of SOX control documentation and data collection.
  • Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Document, present, and execute approved change controls.
  • Engage in significant technology initiatives, such as upgrades, migrations, and the deployment of new technologies.
  • Occasionally participate in after-hours IT or business-related activities.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers for incident resolution and upgrades.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to align technology efforts with organizational goals.
  • Strong technology troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • General understanding of IT compliance and governance frameworks.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to uphold the confidentiality and security of IT operations.
  • Willingness to travel moderately, both in-state and occasionally out-of-state.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over 8 years of experience in supporting end-user computing services, particularly for executive-level personnel.
  • Preferred experience of 5+ years in Active Directory administration.
