About the Role

Cox Communications is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Retention Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer loyalty team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer relationships and develop strategies to retain and grow our customer base
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Meet or exceed sales and retention targets, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven sales and retention experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions
