Sales and Operations Leader

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Leader to join our team. As a District Manager, you will oversee all operations of multiple Pilates studios within a specified region.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing revenue streams (memberships, retail, private training, teacher training) across multiple locations and strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and electronically. This role requires discretion and independent judgment in directing the work of all personnel.
You will lead grassroots marketing and community networking initiatives at the district level, support General Managers in executing the sales process to drive prospects into intro classes, and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate staffing across all studios.
We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000-$82,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities. Our company provides premium employee benefits, including health insurance, consistent bonus plan, 401K benefits and match plan, paid time off, and career development opportunities.
