Job Summary

The Field Engineer is a key member of our project delivery team, responsible for facilitating project administration and coordination. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project close-out and operation manuals for delivery to clients.
  • Coordinate document control and update project management tools, including Procore.
  • Contribute to process improvement by sharing best practices and training staff.
  • Develop industry relationships and expand professional networks for future sales opportunities.
  • Manage contract documents and update logs with current information.
  • Organize and attend project meetings, ensuring agendas and minutes are produced and distributed.
  • Coordinate bid documents and plan rooms for various bid packages.
  • Maintain current construction documents and ensure all insurance is up to date.
  • Manage RFI's and maintain RFI logs.
  • Review submittals and maintain submittal logs.
  • Support day-to-day project management, including responding to pay requests, change orders, and contracts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of construction experience or a construction graduate.
  • Basic MEP knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Valid Driver's License Required.
  • LEED AP and OSHA 10 Hour a plus.
Physical Demands and Working Environment

The Field Engineer will work in an indoor and outdoor setting with exposure to various weather conditions and temperatures. Travel from site to site is required.

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting, stand or sit for prolonged periods, and travel to other locations using various modes of transportation.
