Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health and Welfare Fund Operations Specialist to join our team at Service Employees International Union. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining current collective bargaining agreements for all employers participating in the Health and Welfare Fund.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain current collective bargaining agreements for all employers participating in the Health and Welfare Fund.
  • Review contracts with Local Unions and employers prior to contract expiration.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office.
  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
